Join the operations division of our client as a Service Delivery Manager, pivotal in overseeing the performance of applications. We value a background in programming, not necessarily years of hands-on coding, but a comprehensive understanding of it.
Key responsibilities
Oversee and guide various IT application teams to ensure efficient delivery of services in sync with external partners and internal departments.
Ensure quality monitoring of delivered services, with a focus on continuous improvement tailored to the needs of the end client.
Tactically manage the service, ensuring incident resolution, problem management, change management, and release-based work for the application portfolio.
Check KPIs and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with service and vendor managers for requirement adjustments.
Play a significant role in facility security management, overseeing software that controls cameras, fire security detectors, and CCTV. Collaborate with providers to ensure top-notch service delivery.
Coach junior colleagues and backup fellow Service Managers.
Requirements
Profound knowledge in ITIL V3 and V2.
Familiarity with CRM, ServiceNow, or other similar tools.
Experience with CMDB.
Strong background in service delivery with the capability of managing a vast array of applications.
Basics of project management.
Previous work in environments with a large number of applications, demonstrating quick adaptation between them.
English, French, and Dutch.
