The opportunity
The role of Student Recruitment Coordinator within the EY Talent team is to support a wide range of student and graduate employee lifecycle activities across our four core service lines, Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax.
Your key responsibilities
Managing day to day queries from candidates and internal business leads via the Student Recruitment Inbox and phone service- Processing, auditing and recording of candidate data; ensuring all candidate changes and updates are communicated effectively to relevant team recruiters daily
- Coordinating with our Student Recruiters to ensure smooth communications with candidates and stakeholders throughout key recruitment campaigns i.e., changes to interview scheduling and onboarding queries
- Onboarding management and pre-hire verification for all new joiners across a multitude of student programmes
- Maintaining accurate reporting and updates within relevant HR systems and databases
- Delivering excellent service in line with HR processes and ensuring all service level agreements are achieved
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current EY policy and processes and employment legislation
Desired skills and attributes for success:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy always- Strong experience using MS Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Comfortable with managing large volumes of data, reporting and queries, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency to manage several projects simultaneously; you are confident handling change and prioritising tasks as required
- Ability to manage own workload to changing priorities
- Curious to explore new things, willing to ask questions and embrace challenges
- Demonstrate integrity, respect, and teaming; have the energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead as well as collaborate with your team
- Have an ability to connect the dots, seeing the bigger picture while also being detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your challenges and updates to the wider team when needed
- Being a team player but can think independently
- A propensity for project, problem solving, and organisation skills
- A genuine interest in joining EY and our team
- Account/Stakeholder Management experience is also an added advantage

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree preferred with strong academic record.
