Responsibilities

  • Set objectives that have long term impact with the area of responsibility
  • To work with DSC customers
  • Facilitate the detail understanding of requirements related to Logistics outsourcing project
  • Undertake complex data analysis and complete details solution design, using appropriate software tools & techniques
  • Identify the resource require for the successful implementation of the Identified Logistics outsourcing project
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the client personnel, especially those at senior management level
  • To gather data collection and verification of assigned project
  • To discuss designed solutions with operation team and AME team before submission
  • To generate and update documents for knowledge management based on individual experience AME and project completed
  • To innovate and improve in working practices facilitating to the development of the team methodology
  • To act as coach and mentor to the individual solution design team member with regards to the solution design skill
  • To perform other jobs as assigned by the Director – AME
  • Development team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
  • Responsible for complying with motivation process
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement target


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Supply chain, Logistics or Distribution
  • Experience in project management
  • Minimum 3 years in solution design experience
  • Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management
  • Experience in development of warehousing & distribution solutions
  • Well communications skill both English and Thai
  • Good presentation and consulting skill
  • Well knowledge and skills of Logistics Solution Design, budgeting, financial report, costing, tendering and cost analysis
  • Ability to quick reach an understanding of customer business and requirement
  • Well developed people management skills, ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, both short-term financial and long-term financial
  • Well structured, change and oriented and result focused
