Work in a creative architectural atmosphere with cutting-edge facilities, consisting of a games area stocked with drinks, a fitness studio, a bean bag and a meditation room. Barista made coffee at the café down the road and Tuesday night feeds with UberEATS and frequent team-bonding activities outside of the office.
The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a creative Digital Content Producer to support our fast-growing studios; this position is full-time and on-site with the possibility of a hybrid working environment. You will join a creative team that supports the UI/UX design, motion graphics, art and creative direction, and other marketing requirements to support the brands within the group of companies.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Manager, you will utilise your extensive skills, experience, and time management abilities to assist a busy department with all design and marketing requirements. You must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and be knowledgeable in creative workflows.

A Digital Content Producer plans, develops, edits, and publishes content for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns and more. Digital content producers plan marketing materials, and various forms of digital collateral that can be used to sell or promote services and increase brand awareness. You must be proficient across trending social media platforms and have an adequate understanding of paid and organic advertisements.
Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Plan, create, develop, and manage a range of content for websites, promotions, social media channels and all marketing material required.
- Ability to schedule, script, storyboard, record/shoot, edit and produce audio and video content.
- Ability to plan, shoot and edit photographic content where required
- Produce innovative and engaging content for various media, while collaborating with the creative team and adhering to the company branding language.
- Ability to conceive, design and build other graphics-based content, including GIFs, banners, interactive graphs and infographics and other multimedia content as required
- Grow multiple brands with engaging content, focusing on storytelling, customer journey and experiences through digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to proactively suggest new digital solutions, trends and present innovative ideas to maximise our presence through digital marketing
- Use your editing, content management, and skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms.
- Use your knowledge of SEO / analytics and content development to create digital content that helps our brands succeed via search engines to help showcases our company as a leader within the industry.
- Create marketing materials to support marketing initiatives, the sales team, and the company's strategic goals.
- Uphold brand presence and authority as per the Corporate Branding Guidelines.
- Executive reports quarterly, presented to the management team - monitor and report against required metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications and marketing activities.
- Use marketing automation software's to analyse the demographic to increase traffic and engagement, e.g. SEM RUSH, Hotjar, Full Story, Hootsuite
- Building and managing relationships with key project stakeholders (internal and external) and understanding the customer value and business KPI's that are driving change
- Have a strong respect for risk, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and following due diligence and risk processes when required.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications, deadlines and budget restrictions.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and events across all company brands where required.
- Where many hats and support the creative team where required.
- Be punctual and reliable, have a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, be flexible and adaptable, and work well independently and as part of a team.
- Adhere to company workflow processes and use other tools/software as pre-configured: Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Wrike, Fergus, Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Content Producer or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of digital design principles, accessibility standards, UX, usability and SEO
- Flexible and able to respond professionally to changing briefs, deadlines and priorities
- Working knowledge of social media reporting tools and Google Analytics
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, adhering to Corporate Branding Guidelines
- Dependable, driven, and trustworthy
- Independent but works well in a team environment
- Proficient in technology and computer programs – Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately in a timely manner.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to handle multiple difficult tasks at once, set and achieve strict deadlines.
- Impeccable attention to detail, judgement, and integrity.
- Current valid Australian driver's licence and vehicle.
- Must be prepared to supply a recent National Police Check.
- Available to work onsite in Vermont:
- Monday - 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday – 12pm – 8pm
- Wednesday - Friday 9am - 5pm
