Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Human Resources Assistant in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry, your primary responsibility will be to support the HR team in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of the HR department and provide valuable support to the organization. Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee data changes. Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and providing general HR information. Assist with employee performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting. Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training records. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, HR audits, and policy updates. Stay updated with HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus. Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the HR department. Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR-related documentation and data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find practical solutions to HR-related issues. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
