We are looking for a motivated person who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our work as Sustainability Trainee for a period of four months, starting in early August and lasting until mid-December 2023. In this role, you will get to support the leaders of Lindström's Sustainability team in preparing analyses and presentations related to Sustainability. Your location will be at our Head Office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, and we support a flexible working culture and hybrid work model.
Your key tasks in this role are:
- Support in conducting analyses related to sustainability impacts, risks, and opportunities as well as the changes in the regulatory landscape
- Support in creating training materials on sustainability
- Support in creating presentations on sustainability to stakeholders such as the Group Management Team and the Managing Directors of Lindström's countries of operation
- Support in sustainability reporting
- Participation and support in other sustainability related tasks

To be successful as our Sustainability Trainee, we hope you have relevant academic studies on sustainability from an industrial engineering or business administration background (or equivalent). An independent way of working will aid you in this position, as well as strong skills in project management. As we are working in a multinational organization, excellent written and spoken English skills are important in this role, and strong experience in using PowerPoint will be integral.
