What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for providing support to Murex employees based in Dublin office or remote. This involves responding to their inquiries via the ticketing system, phone or chat, diagnosing/analyzing problems, and providing workarounds to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software using standard business and administrative packages (computers, monitors, network patching, Windows OS, SCCM…)
- Troubleshoot problems on end users’ workstations, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment in respect with the quality standards
- Handle cases on windows 10 & software incidents on Office 365 application and Windows software used at Murex
- Manage the stock for the office in coordination with the management and procurement team
- Manage user identities and maintains compliance and Bitlocker encryption for users’ machines
- Supports users’ mobility: mobile devices (iOS, Android manages on InTune), Citrix and VPN Connectivity
- Liaise with network, windows and security engineers and infrastructure teams to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems
- Install and maintain meeting rooms/collaboration spaces equipment, train users and follow-up with providers and management
Who you are:
- Technical degree with 3 Computer years experience in the IT support field
- Demonstrated experience in working autonomously within an international support context
- Good knowledge in general of computer installation, maintenance and repair
- Supporting users from a functional and technical perspective on Windows 10 and Office 365
- Knowledge of videoconferencing solution is a plus (MTR, Crestron, meeting rooms…)
- Experience in the set-up and maintenance of laptop and other peripheral hardware and telephony and video conferencing equipment
- Recent experience in providing remote or on-site technical support
- Demonstrates soft skills such as empathy, customer care, resilience to stress…
- Experience in ITIL and ServiceNow / ticketing system is a plus
- Recent experience in stock management is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
