BAT GERMANY IS LOOKING FOR A SALES CAMPAIGN PLANNING JUNIOR MANAGER (M/F/D)

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Be an integral part of the Retail Planning & Deployment Team and develop, plan and coordinate all Field Force activities for the German end market in coordination with Category and Commercial Teams to support our products and our company strategy as best as possible within retail. With your commitment, you are making a significant contribution to our agenda of “A Better Tomorrow” in which, in addition to classic tobacco products, you help to promote awareness, sharpen understanding and to drive sales of our PRRP (Potentially Reduced Risk Products) portfolio in the retail sector.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Development of holistic, multi-category Retail campaign concepts to be executed via BAT Sales Force in respective time frames
- Conception of roll-out models for Retail Launch, Distribution and Activation activities
- Calculation of Sales Force capacity allocations per activity under consideration of maximum efficiency & effectiveness
- Presentation of campaign plans in Senior stakeholder meetings under enforcement of decisions/ approvals
- Aggregation of single campaign tasks into compelling Briefing documents
- Preparation of Sales Force Briefing sessions as well as presentation of Retail campaign briefings to audience
- Administration of campaigns within IT system landscape (Anaplan, Salesforce)
- Consultation of Brand Marketing, Key Account and Activation Teams during the campaign planning & activity development process
- Evaluation of campaign results to measure success and deviances vs. plan by close KPI monitoring and Retail outlet visits
- Participation in task forces to manage business relevant ad hoc opportunities
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University degree or vocational education and at least 2+ years job experience ideally within Sales Marketing or R2M
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in customer processing in the Field Force organization as well as extensive knowledge of trade and customer structures
- Proactive, cross-departmental thinking and acting as well as excellent interface / stakeholder management
- Assertiveness and a confident manner as well as very good communication and presentation skills
- High flexibility, resilience and a strong ability to set priorities
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills, esp. Excel and PowerPoint and generally high affinity for IT systems
- Very good market and product knowledge as well as very good knowledge of the BAT data world, e.g., BAT.BI, BAT.net, Anaplan, MS Power BI, Salesforce
