For our client's luxury boutique in Munich, we are looking for a new Sales Assistant.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the sales grow in the store. Also, attract and retain clients. She/he is responsible for representing the brand values, achievement of the sales targets, respect the brand image / guidelines and provide an outstanding customer service.

Background: Little experience in the fashion industry is considered a plus.
Soft & Interpersonal Skills
- Achieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques, and get to know the customers and products to contribute the team performance
- Teamwork capability
- Know the daily objectives and monthly sales
- Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales

- Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling
