Position Description:
- Lead the production team to achieve the targets of Safety/quality/delivery/cost/efficiency and people development.
- Build-up a diversified production team with all-round function to meet the quick development of company
- Ensure all process are defined and described in standard operations procedure and implement manufacturing instructions
- Participate in NPI&transfer project activities and push the team to improve manufacturability
- Train, Mentor, develop and motivate staff and blue collars
- Provide cross-functional coordination and issue resolution with the team
- Organize daily production to meet the customer required deadline with guaranteed quality
- Establish effective information flow to monitor the achievement of KPI and daily management work
- Propose and recommend manufacturing strategy, implement production budget and plan
- Work on continuous improvement. Drive 5S and Kaizen projects on the shopfloor, support employee driven improvement ideas and lean production

Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience: - 6-10 years’ experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of production supervisor
- Experience in medical industry is preferred.
Competencies: - Rich experience of team management and coaching. Be able to influence & inspire team member.
- Able to manage and execute multiple, complex tasks and deal with work pressure.
- Good Communication skills and written English.
- Good experience of leading and participating lean and automation projects.
- Good problem solver; able to respond quickly to issues.
