Job Description for Customer Care Executive

· Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk-ins in the Office, Etc.

· Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties.

· Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customer's Needs.

· Be an Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc.

· Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.

· Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.

· Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.

· Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results.

· Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience.

Requirements and Skills

· Any Graduate - Any Specification or 12th Pass with Experience.

· 1 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role.

· Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience.

· Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).

· Excellent Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
