Job Resposibilities:
- Assistant for MD, appointment and meeting arrangement.
- Meeting minutes taken and disseminating correspondence to relatedperson.
- Responsible for overall quality system in office administration.
- Responsible to take phone calls and direct messages promptly to theconcerned personnel.
- Responsible for office general administration arrangement·
- Staff travelling arrangement exp: Flight ticket & hotel arrangement.
- Monitoring of ISO records (Doc Control)
- Perform other duties as assigned/needed
- Maintain good public relations

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or Degree in Business Administrations etc.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Good computer application skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Applicants must be willing to work in Juru.
- Able to work independently & team.
