Job Resposibilities:

  • Assistant for MD, appointment and meeting arrangement.

  • Meeting minutes taken and disseminating correspondence to relatedperson.
  • Responsible for overall quality system in office administration.
  • Responsible to take phone calls and direct messages promptly to theconcerned personnel.
  • Responsible for office general administration arrangement·
  • Staff travelling arrangement exp: Flight ticket & hotel arrangement.
  • Monitoring of ISO records (Doc Control)
  • Perform other duties as assigned/needed
  • Maintain good public relations

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or Degree in Business Administrations etc.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer application skills-Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Juru.
  • Able to work independently & team.
  • Able to start immediately
