As a PHP Developer at Senew Tech, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications and software solutions. You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, and project managers to create scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly applications that enhance our clients' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into well-structured, efficient, and reusable code.
- Develop and maintain server-side PHP applications and APIs to support both internal and client-facing projects.
- Implement front-end elements using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure PHP code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and other technical issues in existing applications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, considering factors like server load, database performance, and network latency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP and web development to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and participate in code refactoring and improvement efforts.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web application projects.
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and related technologies, with a good understanding of MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that follows industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
