Facility Management Specialist
- 3600 - 4500 € Gross per month, depends on qualification level of candidate
- Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven

Every day, they manage the flow of goods, funds and information in more than 200 countries worldwide. They have a great opportunity for a FACILITY SPECIALIST to join their team.
This position will combine the individual's technical knowledge, analytical and administrative skills to support a safe work environment for Company employees. He/she negotiates contracts with suppliers, follows up on planned and corrective maintenance, creates work orders and dispatches tickets to contractors and keeps an accurate administration of all required building and facility related maintenance and soft services using a new to be implemented facility management software system (Tririga IBM Software).
Responsibilities:
- You will assist with the maintenance and continued improvement of facility systems and services. These include Hard Services (ex. HVAC maintenance, sprinkler maintenance, building electrical systems, corrective repairs etc.) and Soft Services (Housekeeping, waste management, snow removal, landscaping etc.)
- You will be responding to calls regarding failures and breakdowns, perform the coordination (including on-site presence if needed) to have them addressed and expedite their completion and resolution. Proactively identify equipment or parts that are the cause of system defects, and takes action accordingly.
- You will play a key role in company to ensure that buildings are in optimal and safe condition, complying with all local and international regulations.
- This position will combine the individual's technical knowledge, analytical and administrative skills to support a safe work environment for Company employees.

Requirements:
- Degree (bachelor preferred) in facility management
- Able to evaluate & make correct decisions independently and in a team.
- Flexible to work additional hours and change working hours if needed
- Ability to self-manage the works assigned and execute with a high level of detail
- Excellent computer skills; able to work effectively using Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP systems
- Fluent English, Dutch would be a plus
- Capable of following guidelines from Supervisors
- Driving license B
