Queue Management Officer #Airport [Singapore]


 

Core Responsibilities:

-Work as part of Taxi Coordination Team to ensure the smooth operations of Taxi stands in the terminals including managing a continuous supply of taxis towards the taxi stands and directing taxis to individual taxi bays, seamless coordination between Taxi stands, and smooth allocation of passenger to taxi based on First-in First Out principal.

-Perform the assigned role (DG, RM, TSC, QM) according to the established SOP.

-Manages and control the passengers flow at the taxi queuing area.

-Compliance to SOP and Safety Standards when assisting passenger.

-Any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

-Understand basic written/spoken English and/or a secondary working language.

-Customer-service oriented with good communication skills.

-Neat and presentable.

-Adaptable to change and a good team player.

-Comfortable to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Shift available

S1 - 6.30am to 2.50pm S2 - 2.10pm to 10.30pm , Joining Bonus $1000

S3 - 1020pm to 640am, Joining Bonus $2000

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $1,550.00 - $1,650.00 per month
