POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Graduated from Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgical-Material Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process design and process improvement processes and/or quality, process quality processes,
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills,
  • Experienced in Process Technologies, Time & Method Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Quality Standards etc., preferably experienced in sandwich panel quality control process,
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English language skills,
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications,
  • We are waiting for the applications of our candidates who have no travel barriers, who can drive actively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Monitoring and controlling the daily KPI related to process parameters, making corrective actions if necessary
  • Identifying the areas of development within his/her responsibility with 5S, Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma tools,
  • To provide support to the relevant departments for the production to be carried out in a sustainable manner in accordance with standards and customer demands,
  • Ensuring the preparation of product TDS and DoPs,
  • To have knowledge about TSE, CE product certifications,
  • Taking an active role in external organization product audits,
  • To carry out the necessary research and follow-up for the development of the process,
  • Planning, developing and improving production methods and procedures (Kaizen) and material movements in accordance with Izocam criteria,
  • To contribute to the preparation of new projects proactively according to market needs,
  • In the customer complaint process, from the input control stage; Taking an active role in product control and follow-up of the complaint at the customer / in the field.
  • To decide on the separation of the products until the problem is solved, if necessary, for the nonconformities detected during the production,
  • Participating in studies with relevant departments in solving quality-related problems and implementing necessary corrective actions,
  • To provide test and inspection equipment, to carry out the necessary controls and calibrations for use in accordance with the standards, and to search for new test opportunities,
  • Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in determining the process quality control acceptance criteria,
  • Ensuring that the input, process and output quality control activities are carried out fully and on time.
