  • Answering phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Greeting the guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
  • Ensuring the guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
  • Acting as a liaison between guests and any department
  • Anticipating guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
