Job Description


We’re a team of global mobility tax and immigration advisors advisors who work alongside our clients and build long lasting relationships that create value. As an administrator in our team you will help us deliver to our clients. Here you will:

Your day to day responsibilities will be varied, and may include:

1. Tax Administration includes: Attention to detail

  • adding and removal of clients to/from agency
  • filing tax returns through system once signed and approved by Director for filing
  • Receiving IR correspondence and forwarding relevant client team and filing in m-files
  • application for extensions prior to March year end

- liaising with account manager - point of contact

  • sharing provisional tax reminder client lists
  • setting up of new clients on XPM
  • reconciliation of IR agency listing to XPM

2. Finalisation of client deliverables

3. Invoicing

- WIP management - pull monthly WIP reports and share with the team

  • Monitor unbilled WIP balances

4. Debtor monitoring and collection communications

5. New client Salesforce, risk and code set up - we are not fully aware of how this process will

work and how our data will integrate into the SAP system

6. Accounts payable approval and coding

7. Expenses reimbursements

8. Compiling fee quote requests and drafting responses for review.

9. Adding local clients onto Tiger.

10. General office matters, supplies and various comms with landlord facilities team etc

11. Organise team meetings and events

12. Complete risk management checks for clients, including:

  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certificates
  • Drafting Engagement Letters for local clients and liaise with the relevant team / approvers, to ensure risk is approved in a timely manner

13. Authorisation lists - Ensuring there is an agreed authorisation list for all engagements at the beginning of the tax year and liasing with coordination teams when appropriate. This includes providing info to the coordination teams about TQ release, etc
